Goliad Farms, LP raises a large and growing variety of healthy, well-conditioned African cichlids that do not hale from the East African lakes in our indoor, climate-controlled facilities. For general information concerning other African cichlids, click here. Click on the name of a species/variety for specific information about that particular species/variety.

All scientific names (genus and species) are in italic fonts. Non-italic fonts represent collection location information if not surrounded by single quotation marks (' ') and represent aquarium strains if set off by single quotation marks (' '). If the species name is omitted, then we are not sure of the parentage and positive scientific identification of the fish.
